IDG works on many levels to specifically suit our
client’s needs. The firm is
structured to meet the requirements of small-specialized projects,
medium sized projects, and major developments of up to $50+ million. In
the local areas of Pacific Grove, Carmel, Pebble Beach and Monterey,
one group of IDG works on residential projects ranging from small
Victorian remodels to prestigious $25+ million homes, while another
group works on commercial projects. IDG has also undertaken custom
residential projects in Maui, Hawaii.
Mid-range projects of a commercial nature are
undertaken, including health clubs, restaurants and office buildings in
the $15+ million range.
Across the United States, more specialized and
larger projects include sporting facilities such as Croixland Racing
Facility, Wisconsin; Corpus Christi Race Track, Texas; and Motorola,
Inc., in Chicago and Florida.
Internationally, IDG has completed projects in
England, the Bahamas, the Philippines, Thailand, Russia and the Tonga
Islands in the Pacific (Royal Palace for the King of Tonga).
